Oscar winner Brendan Fraser joins Chicago convention lineup. How to see him
Oscar winner and Indianapolis native Brendan Fraser is joining the lineup of celebrities appearing at Fan Expo Chicago this summer.
The August 15-17 pop culture convention takes place outside of Chicago, Illinois, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont.
Fraser, star of 'Encino Man,' 'The Mummy' and 'The Whale,' for which he won an Academy Award for best actor in 2023, will appear August 16-17.
The Chicago con, formerly Wizard World Chicago Comic Con, will also include cast members from the 'Twilight' movie series, stars from 'Star Wars' film and Disney+ series, and most of the cast of the 2014-23 television series 'The Flash.'
