Outer Banks star Madison Bailey and girlfriend spark split rumors after eagle-eyed fans spot telling detail

Outer Banks star Madison Bailey is facing rumors that her and her girlfriend Mariah Linney have broken up after over four years of dating. The actress, 26, and the former basketball player, 26, became romantically linked in 2020 after connecting on social media. But Bailey and Linney recently sparked split speculation after fans noticed that they had seemingly unfollowed one another on Instagram. And now the couple also appears to have untagged each other from photos featured on their respective Instagram feeds. has reached out to representatives for Bailey and Linner for comment. Linney and Bailey's romance began after they met via the video sharing app TikTok amid the COVID-19 pandemic. After exchanging messages back-and-forth on Instagram, the couple eventually met in person and started dating soon after. Linney has accompanied Bailey to countless red carpet events, including the Outer Banks season three premiere and Paris Fashion Week. The couple also featured one another on their respective Instagram and TikTok pages, giving fans a glimpse into their relationship. However, Bailey hasn't posted Linney on Instagram since February when she uploaded a photo dump for her 26th birthday. She included a photo of herself and Linney looking loved up as they partook in a pottery class. Bailey has also attended a number of high-profile events solo, including the recent Billboard Women In Music celebration and the star-studded Fashion Trust U.S. Awards. Since going public with her and Linney's relationship, Bailey has opened up about her pansexuality. Just weeks after coming out as pansexual in a TikTok video, Bailey revealed she 'doesn't believe in straight people' in June 2020. She did so during an Instagram Live interview, where she stated that she believes most people are sexually fluid, even if they aren't aware of it. 'I was saying this the other day - I was like, to be honest, I don't believe in straight people,' she said while chatting to mental health advocate Lacy Hartselle. 'They're as real as unicorns to me.' Bailey, who plays fun-loving Kiara Carrera on the hit Netflix show Outer Banks, said that, when it comes to her own sexuality, she has always felt free to live openly, explaining that she feels fortunate that nobody in her life has ever tried to shame her or force her to change. 'I feel zero shame, and I don't feel that way (ashamed) because nobody's ever really shamed me for it and I know a lot of people have had lot of hate and lack of support,' she told Lacy. 'I know so many, countless stories of queer people that did not have support. But if you're asking me personally, that's just my experience with it. It was worth it. I feel lighter, I feel happier that I can just be so open and honest. It feels nice.' Bailey urged other members of the LGBTQ community to come out publicly if they feel safe and ready - saying that living openly is 'worth it'. 'If you're gay, tell everybody that you're gay. It's worth it,' she said. Split speculation around Bailey's relationship with Linney comes just months after rumors about her 'feud' with Outer Banks co-star Rudy Pankow, 26. It was speculated that when fans began shipping Bailey and Pankow's characters Kiara and JJ as well as the actors themselves, that it caused discomfort for their real-life partners and a strained relationship between the two actors. Outer Banks follows the lives of John B. (Chase Stokes), Sarah (Madelyn Cline), Kiara (Bailey), JJ (Pankow), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Cleo (Carlacia Grant) as they hunt for treasure. The fourth season finale finished off with Pankow's character dying in Kiara's arms in a heartbreaking scene. JJ was fatally stabbed by his own father Chandler Groff (played by J. Anthony Crane) in Morocco after he had pulled out a knife on Kiara and tried to rob them of their treasure. Many fans have been left convinced that Pankow had been written off the show due to the rumored feud with Bailey. The feud rumors first started in June of last year, when he cast had a dinner that included Bailey, Pankow, and Pankow's girlfriend, Elaine Siemek. Following the dinner, Bailey and her girlfriend Mariah Linney, who was not present, both unfollowed Pankow's girlfriend, according to Style Caster. Siemek also unfollowed them both. Pankow unfollowed Linney, but continued to follow Bailey, and she continued to follow him as well. Neither of them has said anything in public about the rumored rift between them.

Tyla Flatters Her Feet in Glossy Le Silla Belen Sandals at the H&M&LA Music Festival

Tyla attended the H&M&LA Music Festival hosted by H&M at Ace Mission Studios yesterday in Los Angeles. The 'Jump' songstress opted for a classic pair of sandals in the color 'Nero' hailing from one of her favorite brands, Le Silla. Currently retailing for $862, the Belen style features glossy black patent leather uppers accompanied by square open toes and crisscrossing straps that create a caged effect around the wearer's feet. More from Footwear News Ryan Destiny Is Best Dressed at Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in Plunging Schiaparelli Gown & Gold Le Silla Pumps Jimmy Choo and Mytheresa Come Together for Summer Capsule Collection Said straps wound around Tyla's ankles, secured in place with adjustable buckle closures in silver. The insoles are branded and affixed with stiletto heels standing at 3.7 inches in height, offering the performer's silhouette both length and height. The chosen pair exudes elegance effortlessly, perfect for a day at the office or a walk down the red carpet. If black isn't your thing, Le Silla's Belen style also comes in a slew of vibrant hues from red to metallic silver. Going the simple route, the 'Truth or Dare' singer sported a cropped white tee accompanied by baggy, low-waisted H&M denim in a rugged, distressed style. The waist of her jeans was folded down, showing off the lace of her undergarments beneath. Rounding out her look, Tyla sported a slew of gold jewelry that livened up her neutral look. The breakout star has become known for her attention-grabbing fashion choices. Tyla's favorite footwear picks are often Y2K-inspired, cast in neutral hues and fixed with sparkling embellishments. She opts for silhouettes like strappy sandals, platform sneakers, pumps and knee-high boots. For formal occasions, the performer's picks often hail from brands like Le Silla, DSquared2, Chanel, Isabel Marant, René Caovilla, Louis Vuitton and Versace, among others. When she's not on stage or gracing red carpets, Tyla's casual footwear rotation includes a slew of sneakers from Nike like Air Max Muse and Air Max DN8. At the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards, everyone understood the assignment

The Fashion Trust U.S. Awards? You kind of had to be there. After the point in the ceremony when Natasha Beddingfield sang 'Unwritten' at the top of her lungs, the entire room overtaken by euphoric nostalgia, moving and singing in her reflection, host Keke Palmer correctly retorted: 'Why do we all go up for that song?' One: Because it's a classic. Two: Because it's filled with hope, pointing us to what's next. The same could be said about the third annual Fashion Trust U.S. Awards, a perfectly extra affair celebrating emerging designers on Wednesday evening. The dress code cryptically read 'Fashion.' But the assignment was understood, and L.A., it seemed, was grateful for the opportunity to dress up. Artists, designers, stylists, actors and musicians came out from all corners of the industry, posing on the red carpet and dancing to the sounds of Star Amerasu, the evening's DJ. Julia Fox was there in Marni. Laverne Cox in archival Jean Paul Gaultier. Michaela Jaé Rodriguez wore Willy Chavarria. Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, Kimora Lee Simmons, Kerry Washington, Fergie, Kehlani and many others made an appearance as well. The sit-down dinner consisted, brilliantly, of cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets with caviar, truffle fries and Caesar salad, before the ceremony kicked off with remarks from the Fashion Trust U.S. founder Tania Fares and the board. Fashion editor, stylist and board member Carlos Nazario gave a moving speech about the ways fashion not only changed his life but is his life. 'I'm a kid from Queens, New York,' he said to a roaring applause. 'Not Ray Romano-Fran Drescher Queens. I mean, like, Mobb Deep-Nas-50 Cent Queens. … I often wondered if the success I imagined was ever possible for someone like me. And yet, through a f— load of hard work and maybe a little bit of luck, fashion and the sense of purpose it gave me has allowed me to not only occupy rooms like these but feel at home in them, feel valuable in them and feel seen in them.' The Ready-to-Wear Award was presented by Stephanie Horton of Google Shopping and Law Roach — who announced with a hair flip that he was un-retiring and taking up styling again full-time. The award went to Rachel Scott of Diotima, the brand drawing from handmade techniques and Scott's Jamaican roots. Lauren Parrish and Mandy West of St. John presented the Graduate Award to Patrick Taylor, whose whimsical knitwear brand is inspired by the designer's vintage family photographs. Actor Colman Domingo, in a glittering turquoise suit, presented the Accessories Award to Dani Griffiths of hat brand Clyde. Musician and mononymous icon Ciara presented the Jewelry Award to Rebecca Zeijdel-Paz of Beck. Kate Hudson presented Nana Kwame Adusei of Kwame Adusei with the Sustainability Award, and in his speech Adusei talked about the importance of working your way up from the bottom in this industry. As the grand finale, Hailey Bieber presented Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello with the inaugural Honorary Award. What's next for these designers? To start, a total of $500,000 divided among the award winners and mentorship opportunities from Google Shopping and Fashion Trust U.S. members. But as Beddingfield might say, the rest is still unwritten.
