Canterbury Park is bolstering its June 15 races for Father's Day.
The Shakopee race track will host the Father's Day Food Truck Festival, adding nine food trucks to the day's festivities. In addition to horse races, the activities include face painting, pony rides, and access to the new Rainbow Playground.
It's part of a Pepsi Family Day at the track that concludes with kids getting the opportunity to run around the track.
Among the activities and general Canterbury Park to-dos, attendees will find food trucks serving up eggrolls, shaved ice, meatballs, and Juicy Lucys from the new Matt's Bar food truck.
