Hazza bin Zayed receives ACTVET delegation in Al Ain
Review of programmes and initiatives in Al Ain Region
During the meeting, held at the Ruler Representative's Court in Al Ain Region, H.H. Sheikh Hazza was briefed on initiatives and programmes implemented by ACTVET aimed at training and preparing national talent. These efforts focus on enhancing technical and professional skills to meet the current and future needs of the local labour market.

The discussion included the centre's strategic vision and ongoing plans, such as the expansion of Applied Technology Schools and the development of academic programmes at Fatima College of Health Sciences, Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, and ADVETI. Initiatives also include integrating artificial intelligence solutions and expanding evening programmes.
Emphasis on innovation and knowledge-based economy
Sheikh Hazza stressed the importance of technical and vocational education in fostering a culture of innovation and supporting a knowledge-based economy. He emphasized adopting advanced technological solutions in line with the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

His Highness underlined the significance of offering diverse academic and training programmes tailored to labour market needs.
