Shared on Instagram, the snapshot beautifully captured a candid moment between the Main Tera Hero actor and his fan.
The kid expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Varun and wrote in the caption, 'With my (red heart emoticon) Thank you so much @varundvn for your warmth and kindness. Always proud to be your Varuniac." Not only this, but the actor also re-shared the picture on his Instagram stories.

Varun is currently busy shooting for his upcoming romantic comedy, Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai in Scotland. Directed by David Dhawan, the film also features Mrunal Thakur, Pooja Hegde and Mouni Roy in the lead roles and will be hitting the big screens on April 10, 2026.
Recently, the makers dropped the first poster of the film and announced its official release date. Sharing the post, Tips Official wrote in the caption, 'Double the trouble, triple the fun! Jab…'Hai Jawani toh Ishq Hona Hai' hits cinemas on 10th April 2026."

Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai marks Varun's fourth collaboration with his father after Main Tera Hero, Judwaa 2 and Coolie No 1.
The film will also feature a recreated version of the iconic track Chunari Chunari, featuring Salman Khan and Sushmita Sen. A video recently surfaced on social media depicting the upcoming film's lead cast Varun, Mrunal and Pooja shooting for the new version of the song. Both actresses sported golden dresses while Varun wore a printed purple shirt and red cargo pants.

Apart from this, Varun Dhawan will next be seen in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, a Dharma Productions film where he stars opposite Janhvi Kapoor. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film also features Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Maniesh Paul in prominent roles. The romantic comedy is slated for a theatrical release on September 12, also has a patriotic action drama, Border 2 and a comedy entertainer, No Entry 2 in his kitty.
