Primetime 585 Shining Star: Peyton Conner
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — This week's Wednesday Primetime 585 Shining Star puts the spotlight on Peyton Conner, a Junior swimmer from Gananda! He's been on the Varsity Swim Team since he was in 7th Grade. Now, he's considered one of the top swimmers in Section V small schools.

He made states time in three events – the 50 free, 100 fly and 100 free. He broke the Churchville-Chili pool records in the 50 free and 100 fly and broke all three school records he held at Gananda.
He's won several awards for his achievements in the water, including Outstanding Performer at the Finger Lakes Invitational, and received first place honors in both individual events and relays.
He holds a 4.0 GPA while taking AP and honors courses. He's also on Honor Society.
