Tadcaster: Police appeal after burglary at former retirement home
Burglars have broken into a historic building in North Yorkshire and caused damage estimated to run into thousands of pounds, police have incident took place at Fircroft Lodge on Wighill Lane, Tadcaster, between Friday 9 May and Thursday 15 Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.A police spokesperson added: "Fircoft Lodge is former retirement home that was built in the 1890s and has a vast sentimental history to the local area."
