The group was best known for their sophisticated, formulaic heists. They allegedly used an underground location adjacent to a bank, chiseled their way through the wall and broke in — knowing they had plenty of time because they always planned around a holiday weekend.
They would rarely ever step foot inside the actual bank, instead opting to tunnel their way directly into the vaults and empty out the deposit boxes, as reported by when they were captured during 'Operation Turkeyshoot' in 2008.
