Austrian F1 Grand Prix 2025: Date, times, full schedule and how to watch live in UK, US, and India

The F1 action now moves to the picturesque Red Bull Ring for the Austrian Grand Prix. Set in an idyllic natural bowl in the Styrian mountains, the Red Bull Ring circuit is the home race of Red Bull, and even an air display is planned ahead of the final race.
Here is the schedule and streaming information for the upcoming race this weekend.
Austrian Grand Prix 2025: Full weekend schedule and start times
Before the practice sessions for the Austrian Grand Prix begin, there will be an F1 car presentation at the Red Bull Ring at noon. The drivers will finally get a taste of the track with an hour-long first free practice session (FP1), scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. local time (5 p.m. IST). The second free practice session (FP2) will follow in the evening at 5 p.m.
local time (8:30 p.m. IST). In between the two practice sessions, the Formula 1 teams will also take part in a press conference at 3:30 p.m.
, which will conclude by 4:30 p.m. local time.
The second day of the Austrian Grand Prix, Saturday, features the third free practice session scheduled for 12:30 p.m. local time (4 p.m. IST). The qualifying race will follow at 4 p.m. local time (7:30 p.m. IST) on the same day, and will soon be followed by a press conference.

There will be a Drivers' Parade at 1 p.m. local time, followed by the national anthem and an air display of the Flag Flyover and flyby aircrafts at 2:44 p.m. local time, setting the mood for the Austrian Grand Prix final race. The final race will then begin at 3 p.m. local time (6:30 p.m.

Red Bull's Max Verstappen is the F1 driver with the most wins — four in total — at the Austrian Grand Prix. It is Red Bull's home race, and team principal Christian Horner wants Verstappen to complete the race without picking up any penalty points, as he is just one penalty away from a race ban. Last year, it was Mercedes driver George Russell who lifted the winner's trophy at the race despite Verstappen starting from pole position.
