Ye Boasts That He & Wife Bianca Censori ‘Beat' the Grammys With Red-Carpet Stunt

Ye says he and his wife Bianca Censori one-upped the Grammys. In since-deleted Instagram posts, Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) shared a screenshot of Google stats that show Censori was searched more than the awards show itself. He then followed that up with a post proclaiming, 'We beat the Grammies [sic]' and another saying, 'For clarity. February 4th 2025. My wife is the most Googled person on the planet called Earth.' However, Variety reported that a source close to the Grammys said 'it's not true' and that Ye and his wife 'walked the carpet, got in his car and left.' Ye blamed journalist Don Lemon for starting said rumors, writing in a since-deleted Instagram post, 'This the goofball that started the rumor that me and my wife got kicked out of the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always KOONS like this.' But the former CNN host hit back, claiming someone from Ye's team heard the rumors and asked Lemon to set the record straight. 'I did not start a rumor about you being kicked out of the Grammys,' Lemon said in a video posted to Instagram. 'I actually corrected it. I saw someone on your team who asked me to correct it because it had been reported everywhere.' He added: 'So first of all, get your sh– straight. And you, of all people, calling me a coon. Negro, that Make America Great Again hat must be too tight on your head.' Ye has since posted a picture of the dress in question on his Instagram feed with a caption that reads: 'THE INVISIBLE DRESS.' Ye's song 'Carnival' with Ty Dolla $ign, Playboi Carti and Rich the Kid was nominated for best rap song at Sunday's awards show but lost to Kendrick Lamar's 'Not Like Us.' Chrissy Teigen Says White House's Response to Selena Gomez's Immigration Raids Post Is ‘Loser Behavior'

Chrissy Teigen is defending Selena Gomez after her tearful video about the Trump administration's mass deportations led to a response video from the White House. 'I love her,' the Cravings author told TMZ of Gomez on Monday night (Feb. 3). 'Empathy should never be frowned upon or made fun of, and the fact that the White House has enough time to even make a statement or a video about it is f—ing preposterous and disgusting and lame and loser behavior.' 'I'm so sorry. All my people are getting attacked, the children,' Gomez said through sobs in the since-deleted video that can be seen here. 'I don't understand. I'm so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can't. I don't know what to do. I'll try everything, I promise.' In response, the White House posted a clip to X, in which the clips of Gomez are interspersed with videos of mothers whose children were reportedly killed by undocumented immigrants. In the video, the women are critical of the actress and tell her: 'You don't know who you're crying for.' In addition to the White House, Republican Utah politician Sam Parker also reacted to Gomez's video by suggesting she should be deported because her grandparents originally came to the United States illegally. 'Thanks for the laugh and the threat,' Gomez responded on Instagram. A National Institute of Justice-funded report shared in September found that 'undocumented immigrants are arrested at less than half the rate of native-born U.S. citizens for violent and drug crimes and a quarter the rate of native-born citizens for property crimes.' Shaboozey Reveals What He's a ‘Nerd' About as He Appears in Nerds Gummy Clusters Super Bowl Commercial

UPDATE: Nerds released a 30-second version of Shaboozey's ad on Tuesday (Feb. 4) featuring the country singer/songwriter covering Louis Armstrong's 'What a Wonderful World.' Watch the extended commercial and read our full interview with Shaboozey about the campaign below. Shaboozey is trading in his double shot of whiskey for something much sweeter during this year's Super Bowl. The country superstar is set to appear in Nerds Gummy Clusters' Big Game advertisement, and the candy shared a teaser of the spot on Tuesday (Jan. 28). Shortly after taking a bite of the popular candy, a gummy cartoon character appears on his shoulder, transforming his guitar into a Nerds-inspired instrument. The message, 'Unleash your senses,' appears on the screen to end the preview. For Shaboozey, teaming up with Nerds was a no-brainer. 'I remember Halloween, getting those little boxes and pouring the candy into my mouth. I love them so much,' he tells Billboard of his nostalgic connection to the treat. 'It's awesome to just to see the process of how it all came together. I make country music, and to be able to have the guitar and my world, and have just everything that I'm into, combined with Nerds Gummy Clusters was just amazing. It's combining two things that are really good on their own to make something even better.' Fittingly, in the spirit of the partnership, Shaboozey was ready to express what he's a nerd about. 'Music. [laughs] I love music,' he says. 'I love video games, and just anything that you can get really involved in and find yourself being super immersed in.' This year's game down in New Orleans marks the star's first time attending the Super Bowl, after taking the stage for a Thanksgiving Day NFL halftime show last year and appearing alongside Beyoncé during her Christmas halftime show. 'I got the opportunity to play two really huge halftime shows. It was definitely a dream come true,' he recalls. 'I grew up watching some so many different athletes, and I'm really excited to be a part of this Big Game. To be in a Super Bowl commercial with a brand I grew up on, it's going to be hard to beat that.' The Nerds Super Bowl ad is just the beginning of an exciting year for Shaboozey, who is nominated for five Grammy Awards thanks to his Beyoncé collaboration 'SPAGHETTII' and his breakthrough hit, 'A Bar Song (Tipsy),' which notched a record-tying 19th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in November. He's also scheduled to perform at both Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in the spring. 'It's a dream. It's surreal,' he says. 'Every day I wake up, I'm just like, 'Wow, we did that.' I'm excited to keep making great music, and continue to give the people great things and great products. I'm also excited to keep improving and do better every day.' Check out Shaboozey in the Nerds Big Game ad teaser below, and catch the full spot during Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9, where the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will face off for the championship.
