Vir Das returns With Fool Volume: Netflix special to premiere in July
Actor-comedian Vir Das is all set to make his grand comeback with his new standup show 'Fool Volume'. The release date of the upcoming series was announced alongside a goofy poster featuring the poster released by Netflix India, the comedian is seen with a mic in one hand and carrying an electric lamp in the he animatedly gazes at the lamp in the picture, the streaming platform captioned the post, "Indian comedy is not silent, it returns with 'Fool Volume'. A new comedy special from International Emmy-winning comedian, Vir Das is arriving at fool volume on 18 July, only on Netflix."

Das has earlier featured in standup shows such as 'Canvas Laugh Factory' (2014), 'Vir Das: Abroad Understanding' (2017), 'Vir Das: Losing It' (2018), 'Vir Das: For India' (2020), 'Vir Das: Outside In' (2020) and 'Vir Das: Landing' (2022). The actor also acted in the Netflix dark-comedy series 'Hasmukh' (2020). The show was directed by Nikhil Gonsalves and co-created and written by Nikhil comedian was last seen in Ananya Panday's comedy-drama 'Call Me Bae' (2024).
