Senior constable Pete Jenkins said the man was seen running south on Henderson Street, where he was picked up by a dark-coloured vehicle. "We want to talk to this man, and also need to hear from anyone who has information that could help our enquiries," he said. The fire - that caused substantial vehicle damage - started at about 3:40pm on Marine Parade.
