Fourshore Partners Announces Acquisition of Palm Coast Sales
MIAMI, February 07, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fourshore Partners (Fourshore) announced today its acquisition of Palm Coast Sales ("PCS"; "Company"), a wholesale distributor of high-quality outdoor kitchen appliances including premium grills, outdoor kitchens, grill carts, accessories and specialty products. The Company was founded in 2008 and has since grown to be one of the premier wholesale distributors of outdoors lifestyle products in the Southeastern US. Its products are distributed to dealers specializing in the sale of barbecue grills, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living products, patio furniture and specialty casual furniture. Amongst other brands, PCS is the exclusive distributor for the Big Green Egg in the state of Florida, and for Napoleon and Dometic/Twin Eagles brands in the Southeastern United States. Nate Barbera, an operating executive at Fourshore, will take on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Palm Coast Sales. "The opportunity to invest in a company with deep and successful relationships with some of the most iconic brands in the outdoor lifestyle space doesn't come across often," said Mr. Barbera.
