From here, a walkway curves to the left up to the home's covered entrance. The ranch-style home sits on nearly a quarter acre next to Framingham High School. The single sink sits under a window with views of the backyard, and a peninsula offers extra space for appetizers. The Shaker-style cabinets are maple, the counters are a sandy-colored granite, and the appliances are stainless steel. The same hardwood flooring found in the living room runs through this space, while recessed lights dot the ceiling. The white-painted brick of the fireplace is a nice touch. From the kitchen, French doors swing open into the 176-square-foot family room. The space offers carpeting, two windows, and doors to the backyard and the garage. They radiate off a hallway that flows from the dining area. The full bath is first up. The smallest, at 92 square feet, has a casement window and a closet with bifold doors. The next in size (124 square feet) has the same closet style but two windows.
