From the sidewalk, a one-car-wide driveway leads to the attached single-car garage. From here, a walkway curves to the left up to the home's covered entrance.
The ranch-style home sits on nearly a quarter acre next to Framingham High School.

The door opens into the 209-square-foot living room, which offers a double-door closet, a fireplace, open shelving, and oak flooring. A slab of wood serves as the mantel. A casement window overlooks the front yard.

Slip to the left past the fireplace to get to the eat-in kitchen. The dining area alone is 101 square feet and positioned next to a casement window and under a white French country light fixture with shaded bulbs.
The kitchen is galley style, but at 156 square feet, it does not resemble the maritime cooking space that inspired the name for this design. The single sink sits under a window with views of the backyard, and a peninsula offers extra space for appetizers. The Shaker-style cabinets are maple, the counters are a sandy-colored granite, and the appliances are stainless steel. The same hardwood flooring found in the living room runs through this space, while recessed lights dot the ceiling. The white-painted brick of the fireplace is a nice touch.
From the kitchen, French doors swing open into the 176-square-foot family room. The space offers carpeting, two windows, and doors to the backyard and the garage.

Go ahead and turn up the volume on the TV because the bedrooms, and the full bath, are on the other side of the house. They radiate off a hallway that flows from the dining area.
The full bath is first up. It comes with a single white vanity topped with granite, ceramic tile flooring, and a shower/tub combination behind a curtain.
All of the bedrooms are carpeted. The smallest, at 92 square feet, has a casement window and a closet with bifold doors. The next in size (124 square feet) has the same closet style but two windows.

The primary bedroom is its twin but 3 square feet bigger. It's nestled between the other bedrooms in the front left corner of the home.

The house sits on nearly a quarter acre that slopes up toward the high school field, which also hosts lacrosse and soccer teams. The fenced-in backyard has a shed.
