Canadian citizen dies in Blacksburg pedestrian accident
BLACKSBURG, Va. (WFXR) – Blacksburg Police say a Canadian citizen was killed in a pedestrian accident involving two vehicles on March 29.
Blacksburg PD said officers and emergency responders arrived at the 200 block of Prices Fork Road after reports of a vehicle crash involving injuries. At the scene, two vehicles and a pedestrian were found.
Three killed in single-vehicle crash in Botetourt County
Police determined the pedestrian, who was identified as a Canadian citizen, Franklin S. Zhang, had been hit by one of the vehicles while on the sidewalk.
Zhang was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said.
