One of Glasgow's most recognisable buildings up for sale
The Grade C listed property at 190 St Vincent Street is on the market for offers over £1.125 million. The price represents a net initial yield of eight per cent. Marketed jointly by Knight Frank and Frazer Kidd, the building, which dates back to 1897, is sandwiched between two larger buildings on one of Glasgow's main commercial thoroughfares.
