Man charged after woman finds him inside her car, Frederick Police say
FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A man is facing various drug, firearm and theft charges after a woman allegedly found him inside her vehicle Wednesday, according to the Frederick Police Department.
Police said a woman called stating a random man was inside her car, parked in the 500 block of North Bentz Street, smoking a cigarette.

When confronted, he ran, and police began searching the area.
Officers found a man in the area matching the description, and the woman positively identified him.
Carl Terrace Mobley Jr., 42, was arrested, and a search of his person resulted in the seizure of suspected crack cocaine, a digital scale, cash, and a loaded Taurus 9mm handgun.
Mobley is charged with:
Theft from a motor vehicle
Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute
Firearm possession with a felony conviction
Possession of a controlled substance – not cannabis
Theft less than $100
Rogue and vagabond
Handgun on person
A loaded handgun on person
Firearm/drug trafficking crime
Distribution of a controlled substance with a firearm
Mobley was transported to the Frederick Adult Detention Center, where he remains without bond.
