According to NBC Atlanta, police responded to a call of a weapons disturbance at a residence in Atlanta. Upon their arrival, Young Scooter (born Kenneth Bailey) allegedly took off on foot, jumping over two fences. At some point, he injured his leg and was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Atlanta police said no officers fired their weapons during the pursuit of Bailey. It's believed he may have injured his femoral artery, but an exact cause of death is under investigation. Young Scooter was a childhood friend of Future and was one of the first rappers signed to his Freebandz record label in 2012.
