PCLIA Stock Show begins Monday
The 2025 Parker County Livestock Improvement Association's Stock Show gets underway next week at the Parker County Sheriff's Posse.
Events begin Monday at 7 a.m. with poultry check-in and moving-in of breeding and market sheep.
A meat skillathon and project fair will be held in the posse building, with opening ceremonies and awards handed out that evening.
Breeding sheep take the stage Tuesday, followed by longhorns and goat weigh-ins.
Breeding and market goats, as well as heifers, will show June 4, followed by rabbits.
Weigh-ins for steers and market swine, and placement for ag mechanics and crops, is June 5.
On June 6, the ag mechanics show leads off the day at 8 a.m., followed by breeding gilt, market swine, steer and master showman competition.
An exhibitor dinner and awards will be held that evening.
The Sale of Champions takes place at the conclusion of the Frontier Days Rodeo, on June 13 at 10 a.m.
