Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra: Design to display and cameras; what to expect

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has reportedly surfaced online, revealing potential design changes to both the front and rear. Expected to launch later this year, the tablet is likely to retain its signature 14.6-inch AMOLED display, while introducing a smaller notch and removing the rear S Pen storage slot. Alongside, the Galaxy S25 FE has also appeared on the web with thinner bezels and other design refinements. Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra: What's changing The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is said to maintain a similar overall form factor as the earlier Ultra models, including the Tab S9 Ultra and Tab S10 Ultra, but with some notable tweaks: Display and notch: While the 14.6-inch AMOLED panel is likely unchanged, the notch has been redesigned. It now features a smaller, rounded U-shaped notch, as opposed to the wider cutout seen in previous models. This could indicate the removal of one of the dual front cameras, possibly the ultrawide sensor, retaining only a single selfie camera. Bezels: The bezels remain thin, although the new notch design reportedly lends a less premium aesthetic compared to previous generations. While the older Tab S9 and S10 Ultra models had a notch design akin to Apple's MacBooks, the new one appears more aligned with Samsung's budget Galaxy A-series. Back panel and stylus: One of the key changes is the absence of the dedicated S Pen magnetic storage slot beneath the rear camera module. This suggests that Samsung may relocate the S Pen's charging point to the side of the tablet, in a move similar to Apple's iPad Pro. The updated stylus is expected to be non-Bluetooth and charge-free, unlike previous models. Galaxy S25 FE: Slimmer bezels, larger battery In addition to the tablet, renders of the Galaxy S25 FE have also emerged. The phone appears largely unchanged from its predecessor, but does come with a few enhancements: Design: The smartphone features the familiar vertical triple-camera setup on the rear. The bezels appear noticeably thinner than the S24 FE, offering a more premium appearance, although the chin bezel is still slightly thicker. Performance and battery: As per earlier leaks cited by GSMArena, the S25 FE may be powered by the Exynos 2400 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. Battery and charging: The battery capacity could be increased to 4,900mAh (up from 4,700mAh), with support for 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, a significant jump from the earlier 25W wired charging.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra's official renders surface

Last month, we saw CAD-based renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, which revealed its design. Later, we saw a live image of the smartphone, which was shared on WPC's website. Today, we are looking at an official render (albeit a low-res one) of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, posted by leakster Evan Blass. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE's image, shared by Blass, corroborates previous design leaks and also shows the smartphone in a different color. In addition to the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, Blass also shared a render of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. You can see that the tablet has two cameras on the rear, and on the front is a display with a notch for the selfie camera. However, this notch is smaller and looks different from the one we've seen on the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The image also includes a stylus, confirming S-Pen support. We haven't heard from Samsung about these two devices, but since their official renders are out, you can expect the Korean brand to unveil them soon. Source

This is how Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy S25 FE will probably look

If you're a fan of high-end Android tablets with gigantic screens, the moment you've probably been waiting for since the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra was unveiled in the fall of 2024 is finally drawing near. The same goes for smartphone power users on tight budgets, at least if the Galaxy S24 FE has failed to dazzle you but you continue to maintain hope that its sequel this year will make a better impression. Both said S25 FE sequel and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are today moving one step closer to their eventual announcements with leaked images that are perhaps not as sharp as you might have expected, but that are clearly 100 percent reliable and legit. It's 2025, and Samsung is preparing to release yet another Android device with a weird screen cutout. More annoyingly, this is without a doubt an ultra-high-end product rather than some new dirt-cheap member of the Galaxy A handset family. The Tab S11 Ultra looks undeniably sleeker than its predecessor. | Image Credit -- Evan Blass on X What's interesting about the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is that its notch looks decidedly smaller than the one on last year's Tab S10 Ultra (and the Tab S9 Ultra before that) without sacrificing the slimness of the screen's bezels in any way. While a clear step in the right direction from a cosmetic standpoint, this tiny U-shaped notch could signal a move from two front-facing cameras to only one selfie snapper, which would obviously represent a hardware downgrade. But even if that proves to be the case, I don't expect many (if any) prospective buyers to deem a single front-facing camera as an absolute dealbreaker here, especially after looking at the two imaging sensors on the back of Samsung's next big iPad Pro rival. These are visibly larger than the Tab S10 Ultra's two rear-facing cameras, which strongly suggests the real-world photography skills of the Tab S11 Ultra could be considerably better. There aren't many other features or specs that can be deduced from the unannounced tablet's first (ev) leaked image over on X, although the S Pen is (predictably) not going anywhere. Previously, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has been rumored to rock the same gargantuan 14.6-inch screen size as its predecessor and jump from a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor to a, you guessed it, Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The Tab S11 Ultra is likely to be joined to market by a "vanilla" Galaxy Tab S11 rather than a Tab S11 Plus at some point by the end of the year. At first glance, that is, because history suggests the FE model will sport a substantially bigger display than the "base" S25. Most likely, a 6.7-inch screen matching the size of the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition, along with a decidedly familiar-sounding 50 + 8 + 12MP triple rear-facing camera system. No, this is not the Galaxy S25... or the Galaxy S25 Plus. | Image Credit -- Evan Blass on X Those renders were far more detailed than this newly revealed image, pointing among others to a thin 7.4mm profile that's not very clear today. But what we didn't know prior to the latest leak is that the S25 FE will come in a white colorway in addition to (dark) gray, which was actually not the case for the Galaxy S24 FE . Other details that are practically etched in stone following recent rumors and reports include a Samsung-made Exynos 2400 processor, 8GB RAM, 128, 256, and 512GB storage options, at least 4,700mAh battery capacity, and surprise, surprise, blazing fast 45W charging support. Of course, the price point (which is currently unknown) will probably make or break the Galaxy S25 FE's value proposition, but for the time being, I'm certainly optimistic. Leaked Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra render shows off bezels so thin, Samsung had to use a waterdrop notch

Zac Kew-Denniss / Android Authority TL;DR Leaked renders reveal the designs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 FE and Tab S11 Ultra. According to the render, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has thin bezels, a waterdrop notch, dual rear cameras, and S Pen support. In the leaked render, the Galaxy S25 FE also features a thin bezel, a hole-punch display, and triple rear cameras. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 are the flavor of the month, but Samsung is already working towards the launch of its next lineup of phones and tablets. We expect the Galaxy S25 FE to launch soon, and the company even confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S11 series is coming soon. We've seen leaked renders of the Galaxy S25 FE, but now we have another round of them alongside leaked renders of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Leaker Evan 'evleaks' Blass has shared renders of both of these devices: While the renders are low-resolution, there's still plenty to learn from them. For one, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra seems to have a waterdrop notch, unlike the wider notch we see on its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The bezels are thin on the Tab S11 Ultra, but they are thin on the S10 Ultra too, so it remains to be seen what Samsung's plan is for the Ultra tablet. On larger tablets, you do need some bezel space to hold the device comfortably. The render also shows two rear cameras and support for the S Pen. We know from a previous leak that the Galaxy Tab S11 series will include the Tab S11 and the Tab S11 Ultra, both coming in with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. At this point, the Galaxy S25 FE looks like a typical Samsung phone. The only point of note is that the leaked renders show relatively thinner bezels on the front, corroborating some previous renders. Samsung is expected to launch these devices in late Q3 or early Q4 of this year. Based on their launch window, it's fair to expect them to come with One UI 8 based on Android 16 out of the box. Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra runs Geekbench, here's the chipset it will use

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has seemingly been spotted in the Geekbench online database, and, as usual, this has revealed its chipset. The Korean company's next flagship tablet will employ MediaTek's Dimensity 9400+ SoC, which is revealed by the 3.73 GHz Prime core. That said, the results this prototype managed are far from what you'd expect from this chipset, but that can most likely be because this is a very early prototype and Samsung is still tuning things. So don't give any thought to the numbers for now. The tablet will have 12GB of RAM and will run Android 16 when it launches. Speaking of which, the Tab S10 Ultra came out in October after an announcement in late September, and that timeline might repeat this year. If it does, Samsung will have an issue since the Dimensity 9500 is seemingly going to be announced earlier in September, according to the latest rumors. That won't be a good look - Samsung launching its flagship tablet using an SoC that will no longer be MediaTek's flagship. But of course only time will tell how things actually go. We'll let you know when we find out more. Via
