KGMU to teach Garbh Sanskar to med students

The programme includes
, yoga, meditation and the chanting of ancient mantras to positively influence the health and development of both the mother and the unborn spokesperson Prof Sudhir Singh said Garbh Sanskar is one of the 16 traditional Hindu sanskar and helps in shaping the baby's character and mental development when it is in the womb. The topic also includes techniques like Garbh Samvaad—where the mother communicates with her unborn child through gentle touch and positive speech.
