A young delivery cyclist has been discovered with over €3,000 worth of cannabis stuffed inside their bag after being stopped by gardai in Galway.
The delivery cyclist was stopped by gardai on patrol after they were seen running a red light on Friday evening, April 25.

The cyclist was then found to be in possession of €3,280 worth of cannabis and €1,395 in cash.
Photos shared by gardai show what was found in the bag after stopping and searching the youth.
An Garda Siochana shared details of the incident saying: 'On Friday evening, Garda McGill and Garda Gibson where on patrol and observed a delivery cyclist break a red light. On speaking with the cyclist, he was found to be in possession of €3,280 worth of cannabis and €1,395 in cash.
'File is being compiled for the DPP.'
