Jackie 'O' Henderson breaks down as she admits she is struggling to let go of an ex: 'That's my person'
Jackie 'O' Henderson has broken down in tears as she admitted she is struggling to let go of an ex.
The 50-year-old sobbed as she discussed moving on while appearing on the new episode of the Her Best Life podcast.
The radio queen told co-host, best friend Gemma O'Neill, that she was dealing with heartbreak.
Despite being 'over' the relationship, Jackie said that in her weaker moments she thinks, 'That's my person'.
Jackie said she hoped to 'completely let go' of the man but admitted that she 'doesn't know how' - but agreed that the man 'didn't show up' for her.

'And if he's not going to show up for you, and if he's not going to be that consistent, safe, secure, loving man that you deserve, he doesn't deserve you and any more of your thoughts,' Gemma said.
Jackie said that she should block the man on social media but cannot because that would mean admitting that there was no hope of reconciliation.
'It just feels like you're in this weird, warped way of thinking. And I know I'll look back and go, what was I doing? Why didn't I just block him?' she said.
'But then I think when you do that, it's like you're admitting to yourself, 'There is no more. There is no chance. There's no chance now.'
'And I think we defer, sometimes, that acceptance, because the acceptance is the painful part. Accepting that this is not every going to be what you hoped it would be, or what you were promised it would be, that's not coming back.
'But to accept that wholly is painful, and it's like I don't want to face the reality, but I think I have to.'
Jackie added that the man was good to her but ultimately strung her along.
'He wasn't an a**ehole. He wasn't a user. He wasn't a d**k, you know?' she said.
'Suddenly I started thinking of him... And I thought, why am I thinking of him so much at the moment? Where is this coming from?'
The radio star went on to say that she was giving herself some more time to let go before fully moving on.
Jackie never disclosed who the man was and has been private about her dating life.
She was last linked to former toyboy Jack Tyerman - who has since announced his engagement to another woman.
The 30-year-old tradie shared the good news in a joint Instagram post in December, alongside his love Asha Dillon.
Asha showed off her giant diamond sparker in the images while sharing a sweet smooch with her new fiancé.
'The last name I've always wanted,' she wrote alongside a heart and ring emoji.
Many of Asha and Jack's followers quickly took to the comment section to congratulate them on the amazing news.
'So so good!!!!' one person wrote and a second user added: 'YOU GUYS!!!! So bloody happy for you both!!!'
The pair have enjoyed a whirlwind romance, going public with their relationship only five months prior to the engagement.
The Sydney-based tradie confirmed he was smitten with his new girlfriend in the caption: 'Have you heard I'm in love?'
Meanwhile, Asha first made the relationship 'Instagram official' five months earlier.
The age-gap romance between Jackie and Jack allegedly fizzled out over the radio star's memoir, The Whole Truth.
Jackie was first romantically linked to the model in August 2023 when he was spotted at her luxury Sydney pad.
While the relationship was said to have become a friendship, now it seems the pair don't even have that.
An insider suggested the 'hot tradie' was furious about the KIIS FM host mentioning him in her book, according to The Daily Telegraph.
'Most people probably wouldn't be able to identify the fact part of the book is about Jack, but he knows it's about him,' an inside source told the publication.
'Yes, Jackie changed his name, but those close to the pair now know intimate details surrounding their short-lived relationship.'
Jackie and Jack have also unfollowed each other on Instagram since the release of her autobiography.
The pair were last spotted on a date in May, 2023 as they went out to dinner at popular French dining hotspot Restaurant Hubert.
Jackie previously addressed the pair's relationship on KIIS FM's The Kyle and Jackie O Show when her co-host Kyle Sandilands questioned her about a date.
'We went together to the restaurant and I didn't want to drive and told him to drive [my car],' she explained, adding Jack lives close by.
'He is cute but no there is nothing going on... We went out with his sister and her husband. Just catching up.'
She also spoke about the relationship in August 2023.
While Jackie admitted she was 'dating' at the time, she maintained she and Jack were 'just friends'.
'No, Jack is not my boyfriend. We're not in a relationship, not my boy toy,' Jackie told Kyle.
'Jack is a good friend of mine. I know him through a friend of ours. We didn't meet on a dating app or anything like that.'
The media personality went on to say she was ultimately 'to blame' for the romance rumours after she told Daily Mail Australia she was dating someone during a Logies interview.
'In my mind, I'm dating and I've been on a few dates, so I said 'maybe' [I'm dating], but I probably should have said, 'Maybe, we'll see what happens,'' she confessed.
Jackie's marriage to her ex-husband Lee Henderson fell apart in 2018. They share one daughter Kitty, 14.
