General roads corporation reviews 2024 performance amidst ongoing challenges

Sana'a - Saba: A meeting was held on Sunday in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Engineer Abdulrahman al-Hadrami, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, to discuss the Corporation's performance report for the year 2024. The meeting, attended by the Corporation's general managers, assessed the level of achievement in projects funded by various sources throughout the past year, comparing it to the performance in 2023. They also reviewed the projects currently being implemented under this year's plan. During the session, Engineer al-Hadrami addressed several key aspects of the Corporation's performance in the context of the ongoing conflict, which he stated the "American enemy" is using to try and deter the Yemeni people from supporting Gaza. He commended the dedication of the Corporation's engineers and staff, whose efforts have resulted in a high level of work, achievement, and quality despite limited resources. Engineer al-Hadrami emphasized the Corporation's resilience in the face of the past ten years of conflict, highlighting its continued implementation of projects and numerous accomplishments that have significantly helped alleviate the suffering of citizens. He also stressed the importance of taking necessary precautionary measures to safeguard the Corporation's assets, including machinery, equipment, and transportation, in light of the "American aggression." Engineer al-Hadrami urged a renewed commitment to effort at all levels within the Corporation, including general administrations, branches, projects, and maintenance centers in the governorates. Roads & Bridges Corporation leader visits Martyr Leader's shrine

Sa'ada - Saba: The Chairman of the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, Eng. Abdul Rahman Al-Hadrami, his deputy, Eng. Amir Al-Din Al-Houthi, and a number of the corporation's leaders visited the shrine of the martyr leader in Maran area of Sa'ada Governorate. The visitors recited Al-Fatihah for the soul of the martyr leader, and the souls of his fellow martyrs, who were martyred while defending the land, honor, and national sovereignty, and confronting the forces of hegemony and arrogance led by America and Israel. The corporation's leaders were briefed on the effects of the crime of targeting the home of the martyr leader in the Maran area of Haidan District by the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression. They also visited Jurf Salman and a number of sites, landmarks, and martyrs' gardens in the governorate. Eng. Al-Hadrami stressed that these visits express loyalty to the sacrifices made by the martyr leader and the immortal heroic stances he wrote in confronting injustice and tyranny. He pointed out that the martyr leader is a school of knowledge, faith, wisdom, courage, and sacrifice. He hailed the victories achieved by the Yemeni people and the honorable positions towards the issues of the nation as the fruits of the Quranic project established by the martyr leader. The visitors stressed the importance of drawing lessons and morals from the martyr leader's journey and his courage in confronting the unjust tyrants.. renewing the pledge to follow the Quranic approach and continue steadfastness and perseverance in confronting the enemies of the nation and supporting the oppressed.
