A Connecticut estate with ties to film and theater royalty has just hit the market for $10.3 million. Dubbed Pebbles, the Fairfield property was designed in 1927 by the architect Francis Hamilton. Later on, the English playwright Noël Coward and his partner John C. Wilson, a Broadway producer, owned the stately spread, and over the years, several stars of screen and stage used Pebbles as a summer getaway, including Laurence Olivier, Vivien Leigh, and Richard Rodgers. Over the years, it's been both carefully maintained and updated by a lineage of owners, meaning that classic details are paired with modern-day features. Off the foyer are both a formal living room and a more casual family room, both with wood-burning fireplaces. The large eat-in kitchen is done up with stark white cabinetry, while the adjacent dining area is surrounded by picture windows that look out toward the water. While it does not state Trump specifically, "VIP" is often an indication that a plane will be carrying either the president, the vice president or other public figures designated by the White House, according to FAA guidelines. If so, it is likely Trump will head to his Midtown Manhattan home at Trump Tower, which is roughly a 12-minute car ride from LaGuardia Airport, where it is possible his Air Force One may arrive. Barron Trump is the only child of Donald Trump and Melania Trump, and the youngest child among Trump's five children. He has largely been kept out of the spotlight, only occasionally appearing at major events. He grew up in the Trump family home at Trump Tower and attended Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, before graduating from Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida in 2024. Barron Trump, who turned 19 on Thursday, last appeared in public for his father's Inauguration Day events in January. Barron Trump attends New York University Stern School of Business, where he is a freshman. The college will be on spring break from Monday, March 24, through Friday, March 28. It's not clear if the teen has any regularly scheduled classes at NYU on Thursday or Friday of this week. While not attending classes, Barron Trump reportedly has forgone a freshman dorm room and stays in Trump Tower.
