NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Geraldine Davis-Hines received several emails from the Virginia Lottery informing her that she had matched all five numbers in the February 28 Cash 5 with EZ Match drawing. At first, she didn't believe it. 'I didn't get excited because I didn't know if it was really true,' she told lottery officials. Davis-Hines bought her winning ticket on the Virginia Lottery's website, The emails were no joke. The Norfolk woman won the $383,307 jackpot by selecting random numbers. The winning numbers for that drawing were 9-17-32-40-45. Cash 5 with EZ Match features a rolling jackpot starting at a minimum of $200,000. The odds of winning the progressive jackpot, which starts at $200,000, are 1 in 1,221,759, according to the lottery. The next drawing is March 26 and the current jackpot is $562,000, according to the game's web page.
