Philly weekender: Cocktail fest and Port Richmond birthday festival

🐛 Chanticleer Garden in Wayne is now open for the season. Thousands of plants spread out across 35 acres on the grounds of the former Rosengarten manor. Runs through Nov. 9. Tickets: $15 adults and kids 13 and up; free for children 12 and under.
