(BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC, "Ecopetrol" or the "Company") has appointed Germán González Reyes as acting Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Secretary General, effective from July 5, 2023 and until the appointment of a new Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Secretary General.
