Miss World 2025: This Is How Nandini Gupta Balances Clean Eating With Her Love For Pani Puri

Last Updated: Nandini doesn't believe in depriving herself, she embraces balance. On her cheat days, the beauty queen indulges in her favourite street food The Miss World 2025 pageant has announced its 24 finalists for the grand finale. The event highlights the creativity, passion and cultural heritage of young women from all around the world. Among the contenders is Miss India, Nandini Gupta, who has consistently impressed throughout the competition. Sharing insights into her fitness journey with Rediff, Nandini said, 'I like to keep things very simple, I like to do yoga and go for a run sometimes. I do Bhangra and Gidda. I do dance sometimes at home, not that I have taken proper workshops for it. Apart from it, if you talk about how extreme my workout can go, I try to keep it simple. I think running can be a little cardio." While her fitness routine is quite easy and fuss-free, Nandini makes no compromise when it comes to her diet. She said, 'Diet has to be the proper proportions of everything. Not everything on a lower level, not everything on a higher level – a balanced diet, as we always know. Sometimes when I don't feel like eating anything, I keep myself on a cucumber and tomatoes, as that's a great source of hydration and also keeps you filled." But Nandini doesn't believe in depriving herself, she embraces balance. On her cheat days, the beauty queen indulges in her favourite street food: pani puri. Nandini Gupta proudly represented India on the international stage in a stunning handwoven ensemble by designer Gaurang Shah, showcased on the opening day of the Miss World 2025 competition. Her outfit paid tribute to India's rich cultural legacy, blending the intricate Jamdani weaving traditions of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Nandini earned her spot on the global platform after winning the Femina Miss India 2023 crown, impressing the jury with her intelligence, confidence, and unwavering social commitment.
