Early setback for Wexford as they suffer defeat in Clare

Wexford slipped to defeat in the opening game of the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior camogie championship, falling to Clare in Zimmer Biomet Cusack Park, Ennis on Saturday.
The Slaneysiders were left counting the costs of some poor free-taking, missing five in the second-half to let Clare off the hook. It's not the first time recently that Wexford have had inconsistent dead-ball days, and one wonders why the prolific Chloe Cashe is not taking them.
