At the heart of the Manor's immersive experience is Houndstooth Restaurant, where Chef Smith, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Culinary Olympics competitor, crafts seasonally inspired tasting menus that have garnered national attention. In 2025, Houndstooth received the DiRōNA Award of Excellence, awarded to fewer than 1,100 restaurants over the past 35 years, and has earned Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence for multiple consecutive years.
