Fogo de Chão to bring Brazilian churrasco experience to Manila
A taste of Brazil is coming soon in the Philippines!
Fogo de Chão, the internationally renowned Brazilian steakhouse, is set to open its doors at Glorietta 4 in Makati City in the third quarter of 2025, according to The Bistro Group.
Known for its churrasco tradition, a centuries-old Southern Brazilian grilling over open flame technique, Fogo de Chão offers a dining experience built around bold flavors and premium cuts of meat.
At the core of its concept is the rodízio service, where expertly grilled meats are carved tableside by trained gaucho chefs.
Fogo de Chão's menu includes a wide variety of cuts, from classic picanha (signature sirloin) and fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) to tender filet mignon, ribeye, cordeiro (lamb), and seasoned chicken.
Complementing the meat selection is the Market Table, a vibrant spread of fresh salads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, and the hearty feijoada, a black bean stew inspired by traditional Brazilian farm recipes.
Fogo de Chão, which was established in Southern Brazil in 1979, has been a destination for great dishes and the vibrant Brazilian food culture.
