A Belfast make-up artist may have been eliminated from Glow Up: Britain's Next Make-up Star but praises the BBC programme for improving her confidence and reiterating her desire to work within the film and TV industry.
'I definitely think it has helped my confidence, because getting on it, I thought: 'I'm good enough to get on a show that thousands of people apply for every year,'' says Ailish McBride (20), who was eliminated from the seventh series on Wednesday night.
