The most recent episode of HBO's The Last of Us featured (spoiler alert) the shocking death of Pedro Pascal's character Joel, which left many fans in tears, including actress Kaitlyn Dever, who plays Pascal's murderer on the show. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress opened up about filming the scene, where she tortures Pascal's character to death, three days after her mum's funeral. 'It was just a massive scene emotionally, and with blocking, too,' Dever said. 'There were so many moving parts and so many things to navigate … To be as honest as possible, I will just say that my days leading up to this scene were horrible.'
