In the latest development in the ongoing controversy surrounding Kim Soo Hyun 's alleged involvement with late actress Kim Sae Ron, the alleged audio recording that has the late actress claiming a sexual affair with the actor was revealed to be fabricated by the whistleblower. Now, in response to the incident, Soo Hyun and his agency have decided to add extra charges to the complaint against HoverLab's owner and the family of the late actress. Additional criminal charges The actor's company quickly issued a statement ahead of the revelation that the controversial 1.5-hour audio was fabricated, sharing that they will be pursuing additional charges against the two parties, according to Allkpop. The statement read, "Gold Medallist and Kim Soo Hyun have filed additional criminal complaints against Kim Se Eui , operator of the channel HoverLab, for defamation and stalking. Further, we have filed additional criminal complaints against the bereaved family members of the late Kim Sae Ron for severe defamation." An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, he passed out as the President's Gold Medallist. Air Marshal Tiwari has flown various types of aircraft, and is a qualified flying instructor as well as an experimental test pilot, the defence ministry had earlier said in a statement. The air marshal has rich field experience, which also includes operational testing of various weapons and systems, primarily on the Mirage-2000. He was actively involved in operations and also took part in many important missions during the Kargil conflict, it had said. The air marshal earlier had taken over as the AOC-in-C, SWAC in May 2023.
