Easthampton aims to enhance transparency with new public records management
EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) – The City of Easthampton has partnered with a new online platform designed to streamline and accelerate the management and exchange of record requests for government agencies and law enforcement.
Public records can be made at which allows users to submit and track requests through their account. Easthampton officials say they implemented this technology to provide transparency, efficiency, and better service to the community. They aim to reduce response times, ensure compliance with public records laws, and enhance the overall experience for requesters.

'We are proud to take this step toward modernizing our public records process. allows us to meet the needs of our community more effectively while reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability. We believe this tool will greatly improve how we interact with the public and handle their requests,' said Easthampton Clerk Mary Ann Giza.
Easthampton, along with five other Massachusetts cities, has this technology in place, including Chicopee, Hadley, Holyoke, Springfield, and Plymouth.
