Grand Companions hosts adoption events
Mar. 20—Grand Companions has scheduled pet adoption events in Midland and Odessa. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 22, join Grand Companions for a photowalk and pop-up event at The House Downtown Bar, 513 N Grant Ave., Odessa, where we connect, create, and capture the beauty of our city. Alongside the walk, there is a pop-up market of local vendors selling art, vintage clothing, handmade goods, food and pet adoptions with Grand Companions. On Sunday, March 23, Grand Companions will be at Alldredge Gardens, 3300 N Fairgrounds Rd., Midland, from noon to 3 p.m. Spring is here! Get everything you need from plants to pups! Grand Companions will be at Midland Downtown Farmers Market, 404 N Colorado St., from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 29. There will be great local vendors, and some adoptable pets from Grand Companions! From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, join Grand Companions at April's Market at the Gardens at Alldredge Gardens, 3300 N Fairgrounds Rd., Midland. Alldredge has welcomed over 25 vendors, including Grand Companions, representing small business owners in the Permian Basin into their breezeway for a day full of shopping, food, fun and friends. For 35 years, Grand Companions has been a beacon of hope for homeless pets across West Texas. Their mission is to save, shelter, and honor pets as they find their way to loving homes. Mar. 5—Grand Companions has scheduled pet adoption events in Midland and Odessa. Hike with a Homeless Pet from 9-10 a.m. March 6 at Sibley Nature Center, 1307 E Wadley Ave., Midland. Enjoy a walk through Sibley's beautiful nature trails, while giving Grand Companions' adoptable dogs an opportunity to stretch their legs. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet people, explore nature, and help a homeless pet. On Saturday, March 6, Grand Companions is attending SheCan, giving participants a fun 'puppy break' between activities at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 305 E 5th St. On Saturday, March 8, Grand Companions will be at the Midland Downtown Farmers Market at 404 N Colorado St., Midland, from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be great local vendors and adoptable pets. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 9, Grand Companions is going to be out in the community with some adoptable animals at Petco, 6209 TX-191, Odessa.
