Nearly a dozen arrested in Opelika child exploitation operation
OPELIKA, Ala. () — Almost a dozen people were arrested in connection to a child exploitation operation on Thursday and Friday, according to the Opelika Police Department.
A total of 11 individuals were taken into custody in an operation conducted by OPD along with the Lee County District Attorney's Office, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Covenant Rescue Group – a non-profit aiming to bring hope to trafficking victims.
Police say the following people were arrested:

Grant Kisang Lee, 43, of Johns Creek, GeorgiaCharges: Prostitution with a Minor, Child Solicitation by Computer, and Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act
Ismel Cano Montealegre, 21, of MontgomeryCharges: Prostitution with a Minor, Child Solicitation by Computer, and Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act
Victor Lewis Dowdell II, 27, of AuburnCharges: Prostitution with a Minor, Child Solicitation by Computer, and Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act
Javier Perez, 25, of AuburnCharges: Prostitution with a Minor, Child Solicitation by Computer, andTraveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act
