Remove Ads NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index traded positive around 10:26AM(IST)on Thursday in an upbeat Pharma Ltd.(up 2.29 per cent), Granules India Ltd.(up 1.33 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 0.9 per cent), Lupin Ltd.(up 0.68 per cent) and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(up 0.53 per cent) were among the top Pharma Ltd.(down 1.25 per cent), Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 0.92 per cent), Alkem Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.57 per cent), Biocon Ltd.(down 0.27 per cent) and Gland Pharma Ltd.(down 0.26 per cent) were the top losers on the Nifty Pharma index was up 0.22 per cent at 21440.85 at the time of writing this NSE Nifty50 index was up 40.15 points at 24792.6, while the BSE Sensex was up 145.15 points at the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 32 were trading in the green, while 18 were in the of Vodafone Idea, IFCI, MMTC, Sagility India and Reliance Power were among the most traded shares on the of IFB Agro, Quality Power Electr, Shree Global, Shanti Overseas and AXISCADES Engg Tech hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Lasa Supergenerics, Bharat Rasayan, Orchid Pharma, Borana Weaves and California Soft(PP)hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.

Stock market update: Nifty Pharma index advances 0.11%
NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index closed on a positive note on Tuesday. Shares of Granules India Ltd.(up 1.7 per cent), Laurus Labs Ltd.(up 1.14 per cent), Mankind Pharma Ltd.(up 1.01 per cent), Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.(up 0.88 per cent) and Biocon Ltd.(up 0.82 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack. On the other hand, Lupin Ltd.(down 0.87 per cent), J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 0.79 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.58 per cent), Ipca Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.42 per cent) and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 0.37 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day. The Nifty Pharma index closed 0.11 per cent up at 21524.95. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 174.96 points at 24826.2, while the BSE Sensex stood down 624.82 points at 81551.63. NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index closed on a positive note on Wednesday. ADVERTISEMENT Shares of Granules India Ltd.(up 3.16 per cent), Biocon Ltd.(up 2.54 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.29 per cent), Gland Pharma Ltd.(up 1.96 per cent) and J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(up 1.89 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack. On the other hand, Cipla Ltd.(down 1.67 per cent), Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.(down 0.32 per cent), Ajanta Pharma Ltd.(down 0.25 per cent) and Abbott India Ltd.(down 0.22 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day. The Nifty Pharma index closed 0.57 per cent up at 21480.5. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 88.56 points at 24666.9, while the BSE Sensex stood up 182.34 points at 81330.56.
