St. Lawrence County teen charged in fatal December crash
CANTON, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 19-year-old Ogdensburg man is facing charges stemming from a fatal December car crash that killed two people, including a well-known car dealer.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office charged Connor Graveline with two counts of criminally negligent homicide relating to a December 17 motor vehicle crash at the intersection of State Highway 310 and County Route 34 in the town of Potsdam that killed 84-year-old Real Coupal and 73-year-old Loretta Perez.

Both Coupal and Perez were well-known in the Massena area with Coupal owning the Frenchie's car dealerships
According the the sheriff's office, Graveline allegedly was operating his vehicle with negligence that authorities said contributed to the fatal accident.
Graveline is expected to appear in the Potsdam Town Court to answer charges.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the New York State Police in this investigation.
