Karnataka: BBMP will be Greater Bengaluru from May 15, no new areas to be added for now

Greater Bengaluru will come into effect on May 15 in line with the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act , 2024. No new areas would be added for the time being as the city is surrounded by elected gram panchayats.
