Dozens of new applications have been submitted to Greenwich Borough Council, including plans for affordable housing and the illumination of a historic landmark. The plans for modular housing units at Morris Walk Estate, Charlton, are part of a wider regeneration project aimed at providing more affordable housing. A property at 111 Swingate Lane, Plumstead, London SE18 2DB, has applied for prior approval to construct a single-storey rear extension extending beyond the rear wall. The reference number for this application is 25/0279/PN1. The owner of 15 Eaglesfield Road, Plumstead, London SE18 3BX, has applied to fell a Cherry tree in the front garden due to decay.
