Plans submitted for affordable housing and historic landmark lighting in Greenwich
Dozens of new applications have been submitted to Greenwich Borough Council, including plans for affordable housing and the illumination of a historic landmark.
The plans for modular housing units at Morris Walk Estate, Charlton, are part of a wider regeneration project aimed at providing more affordable housing.
Meanwhile, an application has been submitted for the illumination of the Grade II-listed Greenwich Foot Tunnel Rotunda at Cutty Sark Gardens.
The proposal aims to enhance the landmark's visibility and historic charm.
In addition, several other planning applications have been validated across the borough, including residential extensions, loft conversions, conservation projects, and tree works.
