Last call for Guernsey dolphin sculpture sponsors and artists
Artists, companies and organisations in Guernsey are being given one last chance to get involved in an art installation which will place dolphin sculptures around the Guernsey and GSPCA are looking for sponsors and artists for four of the 62 sculptures on the 2025 Guernsey Dolphin Discovery of the sculptures will be decorated by a local artist or community group and exhibited around the Byrne, GSPCA manager, said it would delight the charities to find the last few sponsors and artists, adding this was the "last chance to get involved".
The trail will be launched this spring with the sculptures auctioned off to raise money for the charities towards the end of the project follows the success of 2023's puffin trail, which raised more than £140,000 for the Sparks, director of Autism Guernsey, said the charity was "delighted" to "bring joy to the island and [raise] much needed funds" for both charities.
