1 arrested, charged after shooting on South Elm-Eugene Street, Greensboro police say
GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a Saturday night shooting, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
A press release states that on Saturday at 6:50 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault in the 2900 block of South Elm-Eugene Street. One gunshot victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Saturday night, Christopher Rowmane Goggins, 39, was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharge of a firearm within city limits and one other charge.
Goggins remains in the Guilford County Jail with no bond; He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
