Mystery as Christine McGuinness' clothing company disappears - after 'fallout with her best friend and business partner'

Christine McGuinness ' clothing company appears to have completely disappeared after she reportedly fell out with her best friend and business partner. The 37-year-old ex wife of Paddy McGuinness announced her first collection for HER two years ago but now all trace of it has gone. Christine was previously close with businesswoman pal Catherine Farrell who helped her with the former clothing line, but now The Sun reports that they are no longer talking. The publication claims that last year Catherine took a step back from the business and resigned as director. According to the publication, Companies House records show the company was almost struck off at that time and Christine stopped mentioning it on her socials. Just months before, Christine was busy celebrating their success, writing on Instagram: 'It's our birthday!!!! 'Thank you so much to every single one of you that have placed an order, followed, liked and supported our business - we see you!! 'H-E-R - two best friends and an idea to level up the every day wardrobe. This year we very quickly grew out of our first space, moved onto our second and now onto a massive space with a whole team of people... and we are only just getting started!!!' Representatives for Christine have been contacted by MailOnline for comment. It comes after The Sun previously reported that Christine and Catherine fell out over Catherine's new friendship with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley. Catherine has now gone on to launch a business with Tanya which has reportedly left Christine 'feeling betrayed'. Christine featured briefly on the RHOC too between 2018-2020 but reports earlier this week claimed she is no longer speaking to Tanya, 43, and that there is 'no way back' for their friendship after falling out last year. On the show Christine was seen helping Tanya through a difficult time with her mental health - but just a few years later they are reportedly no longer pals. A source told the publication: 'Christine was always really supportive of Tanya through her mental health struggles but she feels like Tanya ditched her and wasn't there for her when she has been going through her own stuff. And now when you click on the link to the brand the page is no longer available 'The last straw was when Tanya poached her best mate Catherine to work for her.' Catherine is reportedly now very close to Tanya instead and has appeared on her new reality show, as well as going into business with her which the publication claims 'completely blindsided' Christine. Two years ago Christine gushed about Catherine in a post saying: 'I always struggled to make friends and didn't really socialise much at all until my late 20s. 'I'm lucky now to have a handful of people to call my friend. 'Thank you Cath for being there recently, more than ever I needed you and you showed up every time. Here's to many more meltdowns! 'More play dates with our babies and hopefully some holidays.' She followed up the post by adding: 'I appreciate you.' Representatives for Tanya and Christine were contacted by MailOnline for comment. ITV 's The Real Housewives of Cheshire (RHOC) has been compulsive viewing for a decade. Now in its 18th series, it certainly gives its sister shows in the US – where the Real Housewives franchise was born – a run for their money when it comes to high drama. It has made household names of many of its stars – not always for the right reasons – and none more so than former model and pioneer WAG, Dawn Ward. From 2015 to 2020, she found herself at the centre of more fall-outs than she'd had manicures – allegedly driving at least one co-star to the point of a nervous breakdown. Dawn made her name in the county as an interior designer to celebrities and football players. She left the show under something of a cloud to start a new life in Dubai with her husband of 30 years, former Manchester City and Barnsley player turned property magnate, Ashley Ward. Last week it was announced she's back to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the show. In promotional footage, she's seen jumping out of a giant white cake with a red velvet ribbon wrapped around it, squealing 'The Queen of Cheshire is Back!' While cynics may question how much of the Real Housewives drama is authentic and how much is scripted, insiders confirm it couldn't be more real where Dawn is concerned. ITV executives believe the rekindling of old tensions will prove a ratings winner, and Dawn's return has apparently 'sent shudders down many spines'. 'It was very stressful and at least two of the housewives suffered bad anxiety because of what was going on [when Dawn was on the programme],' a source close to the show told The Daily Mail. 'It made for great TV, but being part of it was not good at all. It was toxic and stopped being fun for a lot of people – except, of course, for Dawn. She loved it all.' Leanne Brown who was in the original cast, quit in 2018 after a 'monumental fall-out' with Dawn. 'Leanne and Dawn were very close in the years before they went on the show together,' said a show insider. But now Catherine is reportedly very close to Tanya and has appeared on her new reality show, as well as going into business with her which the publication claims 'completely blindsided' Christine (Tanya and Catherine seen) 'They'd go on holidays together and were always hanging out, often with Leanne's husband Wes. They adored one another and lived a typical WAG life.' However, it has been reported that Leanne and Wes loaned Dawn £500,000, which she didn't pay back for some time. A source said: 'When Dawn is involved, money usually is, too.' 'You don't want to get on the wrong side of her,' another tells me. 'She will destroy you.' Leanne later said the bitter feud almost drove her to the point of a nervous breakdown. She also experienced money and relationship troubles after leaving the show. She and Wes, who have three daughters, divorced in 2022 after 25 years together. The following year, Wes was declared bankrupt. So, news that the two women are reprising their roles for the milestone series has sent shockwaves through Cheshire's plush enclaves. 'There are going to be murders,' said one source familiar with both women. 'They haven't spoken in years – they hate each other. It runs deep; it is vicious.'

Despite initially putting on a united front for their three children, all of who have autism, their relationship has since deteriorated, with tensions arising over living arrangements, legal battles, and public remarks. Christine and Paddy still live together in their £2.5 million Cheshire home for the sake of their children's stability, though the mum-of-three has expressed disappointment over not securing sole ownership of the property. Christine, who has autism and ADHD, has spoken about how her neurodivergence and past trauma shaped her decisions during their marriage and subsequent separation. She described feeling 'safe' with Paddy despite being unhappy, which she attributes to her aversion to change. The divorce process has been financially draining, with Christine reportedly spending £300,000 on legal fees. Both hired high-profile lawyers, signalling a shift from their initial amicable intentions to a more contentious split. Paddy's recent stand-up comedy routine, which included jokes about their divorce, added to the strain, leaving Christine reportedly upset and feeling disrespected.
