According to the Mawasim Hajj Campaign Administration, all preparations had been completed in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for the pilgrims.

Camps were fully equipped with essential amenities, including food services, hygiene facilities, chilled water, internet access, and other necessities.
Campaign officials reported that transportation from the pilgrims' accommodations to Mina was carried out seamlessly via air-conditioned buses along coordinated routes, in cooperation with relevant authorities.
The smooth transit contributed to the physical and emotional well-being of pilgrims, fostering a sense of ease and satisfaction.
Hajji Mubarak Al-Zaid expressed gratitude upon reaching Mina, describing the journey as 'a path of faith, filled with hope and humility.' He praised the campaign's organizational excellence, noting that comfort and safety were prioritized throughout the trip.
'The level of coordination, the selection of the most suitable route, and the constant care shown by the campaign staff had a deeply reassuring effect on us,' Al-Zaid said. 'We are grateful for the efforts that made this experience so spiritually enriching and logistically smooth.'
