Looking to celebrate 'Galentine's Day'? Here are some Jackson area options

Whether you have a date for Valentine's Day or not, the holiday can be a great way to celebrate love in all forms, including friendship. Galentine's Day became mainstream in 2010 when the sitcom Parks and Recreation popularized the fictional holiday. In the second season, the show's female characters gather during an annual tradition on Feb. 13 to eat brunch and celebrate friendship. In the 15 years since that episode, Galentine's Day has become a beloved tradition for many people, and events can be found in any state. The unofficial holiday can be celebrated with any group of friends anytime around Feb. 14. Below are some events and activities in the Jackson area to celebrate Galentine's Day.
