MISSING: 13-year-old girl out of West Valley City
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A 13-year-old girl has been reported missing out of West Valley City, according to the Dept. of Public Safety.
Hallison Jonana Alvarez Vanegas, 13, was last seen in the area of 4100 South 5400 West, West Valley City.
Vanegas is described as Hispanic, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, beige skirt, and beige shoes.
