20-year-old man arrested after crashing into building, police say
CANTERBURY, Conn (WTNH) — A 20-year-old man was arrested after police say he crashed into the side of a building in Canterbury on Sunday night.
Police say Clayton Plourde of Uncasville crashed into a window of the Hall of Fame Trucking Museum located at 133 Packer Road in Canterbury around 9:28 p.m.
Connecticut lawmaker granted entry into program that could dismiss DUI charge
After failing field sobriety tests, Plourde was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to maintain proper lane, according to police.
He was released on a $1,500 bond.
Plourde will appear in Danielson Superior Court on March 28.
