Morocco announces women's squad for AFCON 2024 hosted on home soil
The head coach of the national women's football team, Jorge Vilda Rodriguez, revealed on Tuesday in Salé the list of players selected to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2024), scheduled to take place from July 5 to 26 in Morocco.
The host country has been placed in Group A, alongside Zambia, Senegal, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Group B includes Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana, while Group C consists of South Africa, Ghana, Mali, and Tanzania.
The Moroccan players called up:
